Strength Based Team Coaching

At Planted Energy, I am committed to helping individuals and teams recognize their true potential and reach their goals. Our comprehensive coaching approach combines Gallup Strength Finders based assessments with one-on-one coaching to help individuals and teams maximize their performance. This is best used for teams and takes course over 1-6 months depending on size of team. The process is outlined below:
