Work Experience
Coaching Certification Program (iPEC)
I spent over a year in Coach training with iPEC. This course was 320+ hours of world-class coach training hours and practicum (200 ICF-accredited training hours), where I earned CPC (certified professional coach) certification as well as ELI (Energy Leadership Index) certification. I am versed in all areas of life including professional development, wellness, stress reduction and career coaching.

Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches help people accomplish great things by doing what they naturally do best. As a certified coach, I will lead the right conversations, focused on helping people achieve their purpose using their Clifton Strengths.
In the end, the overall goal is to lead people to live their best lives, at work and everywhere else.
I'm a certified reiki master, sound healer and energy worker with over 5+ years of experience. I've always been passionate about helping others find balance and healing through energy work, and I'm thrilled to be able to share my knowledge with my clients .My journey began in 2018 when I was first attuned to reiki energy and began my practice of energy healing. I have since then gone on to become a certified sound healer and reiki master, and am dedicated to helping my clients find balance and healing through sound and energy work.
