Join Danielle Mai, Reiki Master & Viniyoga instructor, and Nicole with Planted Energy as we prepare for the transitional energy of the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse using gentle yoga, meditation, Reiki, and crystal-bowl sound healing.
On April 8th a Total Solar Eclipse will occur, where the moon casts a shadow on the sun. This is an ideal time to offer your mind and body extra support for upcoming energetic shifts, emotional uprisings, and spiritual growth. Solar eclipses are known for creating space for new beginnings in your life.
Viniyoga is a lineage of yoga that’s appropriate for all skill levels. The practice brings awareness to how each asana (pose) feels in your body and is modified to create a point of resistance, not pain. The breath is used to assist the movements.
