On April 8th a Total Solar Eclipse will occur, where the moon casts a shadow on the sun. This is an ideal time to offer your mind and body extra support for upcoming energetic shifts, emotional uprisings, and spiritual growth. Solar eclipses are known for creating space for new beginnings in your life.

Viniyoga is a lineage of yoga that’s appropriate for all skill levels. The practice brings awareness to how each asana (pose) feels in your body and is modified to create a point of resistance, not pain. The breath is used to assist the movements.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are bathed in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and facilitate healing.

With permission, hands-on Reiki will be shared with each individual after a guided meditation and during the sound bath portion of the experience.
