As the world outside sparkles with festive energy, step into the quiet glow of candlelight and gift yourself the luxury of slowing down. This 2-hour holiday-inspired Yin Yoga & Sound Bath invites you to unwind, restore, and reconnect with your inner stillness amidst the busyness of the season.
We’ll begin with a 45–50 minute candlelit Yin practice, designed to gently open the body through longer-held, nourishing poses that melt away tension and invite deep release. Each breath becomes a soft reminder to surrender and return to your center. From there, you’ll be guided into a soothing 40-minute Sound Meditation, where waves of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create a cocoon of harmony. Allow…
